Mandat du comité conjoint pour les cérémonies du dévoilement
Comité
* Sera coprésidé par le maire de Riverside-Albert et le président du groupe de travail pour le monument de Chipoudie.
* Les coprésidents nommeront leurs membres respectifs.
* Un ou une secrétaire sera nommé par le comité.
* Il y aura un maximum de 4 membres de chacune des parties.
* Il y aura au moins 2 membres du groupe de travail.
* Les coprésidents détermineront l’endroit des réunions.
* Le comité sera en fonction à une date déterminée par les coprésidents.
Mandat : Le comité organisera et dirigera les activités entourant les préparatifs, dévoilement, ainsi que tout ce qui a trait aux divertissements de l’après-cérémonie.
En particulier, le comité déterminera
* Son budget de fonctionnement
* Le programme officiel pour le dévoilement du monument
* La liste des invités spéciaux
* Le ou les orateurs invités
* Le ou la maître de cérémonie
* La nomination d’un agent protocolaire comme conseiller en matière de protocole
* Le programme de divertissement d’après le dévoilement
* Un programme de publicité en vue du dévoilement
* Toutes autres activités qui pourraient contribuer à sensibiliser la population à participer aux activités du dévoilement, ie échanges entre étudiants, visites organisées, etc.
* Les sous-comités de bénévoles pour lui aider dans ses tâches

Mandate of the Joint-committee for the official unveiling
1. The committee
* The mayor Jim Campbell and Wilfred Savoie will be ex-officio members and will jointly chair the committee
* The C0-chairs will appoint their respective members
* A secretary will be appointed by the committee.
There will be a maximum of 4 members for each party.
There will be at least two members from the working group
The co-chairs will determine the location for the meetings
* Will be in place at a date determined by the co-chairmen.
2. Mandate:
The committee will organize and direct the activities concerning the preparations, unveiling as well as the social part after the unveiling.
Specifically, the committee will determine:
* It's operating budget
* Determine the official program.
* Determine the list of the official guests.
* Determine the list of speakers.
* Determine the master of ceremonies.
* Appoint a protocol officer who will advise on all matters having to do with protocol.
* A publicity program for the unveiling
* All other activities that may somehow contribute to encourage the general public to participate at the unveiling, student exchange program, guided tours, etc.
* Subcommittees of volunteers to help with the task.
